This Privacy Policy(hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) constitutes part of the “OH!THE SURVIVOR! Terms of Use” that apply to you when using the application “OH!THE SURVIVOR!” operated by Neilo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Neilo” or any similar terms like “we” or “us”) and its associated service sites (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and applies when you visit, access, or use the Service. Furthermore, your Personal Information obtained through the Service is managed in accordance with this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the personal information acquired by companies or entities providing information or services through the Service. Additionally, it does not apply to individuals who are not users of the Service.

The definition of “Personal Information” shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (Act No. 57 of 2003, including any amendments or revisions thereafter) and other privacy-related laws and regulations in applicable countries and regions.

1. Collection of Personal Information and Information Provided
In this Policy, personal information refers to the following information that Neilo may collect in accordance with this Policy.
A) Information provided by you:
When using the Service or making inquiries, Neilo may request you to provide your name, email address, ID, and other related information. This information may be considered personal information. Such information is managed by Neilo and may be stored, in whole or in part, by server management companies subcontracted by Neilo.
B) Information that we collect in connection with your use of the Service
We may collect information about your access to and subsequent use of the Service. This includes the following information.
(i) Device information
(ii) Log information
(iii) Cookie and Anonymous ID

Regarding the collection of information from minors under the age of 13 (this may vary depending on the region of residence), please refer to “8. Collecting Children’s Information.”

2. Purpose of Use
All personal information we collect, such as information you provide when you contact us through the Service, will be used only for supporting the internal operations of the Service we provide. We will use your personal information in the following circumstances and will not use it in any other circumstances:
A) To support our internal operations, such as:
(i) To provide customer support at your request;
(ii) To collect supplementary information, such as trends in the use of this service and to identify bugs (this does not include personally identifiable information); and
(iii) To address any violations of the OH!THE SURVIVOR! Terms of Use and this Policy.
B) To respond to disputes and lawsuits
The purposes for which we use collected information other than your personal information are as follows:
(i) To create statistical data in a format that does not identify individuals in relation to the Service,
(ii) To distribute or display Neilo’s or a third party’s advertisement, and
(iii) For other marketing purposes.

3. Provision to Third Parties
We do not disclose customer information to third parties, except when outsourcing all or part of the services, responses, or other actions requested by the information provider to third-party companies. However, if a request is made by a court, police, or other authorities authorized by laws or ordinances, we may disclose information without the individual’s consent.

4. Transfers of Personal Data
For each of the purposes described above, we may transfer and store your information outside your country of residence, including Japan and the United States. The data protection laws of the countries to which data is transferred and stored may differ from the data protection laws of your country of residence. We rely on legal mechanisms to accommodate the transfer of personal information under the relevant data protection laws.

5. Security Control Measures
We strive to keep your personal information accurate and up to date within the scope of the purpose of use, and prevents accidental loss, leakage, unauthorized access, unauthorized use, or falsification. To prevent such incidents, Neilo has taken necessary and appropriate safety control measures systematically and technically. In addition, access to your personal information will be limited to our employees and agents who need to know this information, or to contractors designated by Neilo only when we have outsourced work to a third-party company. 6. Request for Disclosure (disclosure, correction, suspension of use of personal Information)
We will respond to your requests (referring to requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, suspension or termination of provision to third parties of personal information or records provided to third parties) for the disclosure of your collected personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act. immediately.

7. Use of Information Collection Modules
This application includes information collection modules provided by Google LLC. We collect non-personally identifiable information about you through Google LLC’s information collection modules solely for the purpose of improving our services, and use this information for the following purposes:
– Analyzing service usage (access status, traffic, routing, etc.);
– Delivering or displaying advertisements from us or third parties; and
– Marketing research and analysis.

In addition, this application is operated through advertising revenue, and uses advertising distribution services provided Google LLC, so Google LLC may collect and use your visit and activity history information on this application through cookies, advertising IDs, etc. Your visit and activity history information collected by Google LLC will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of Google LLC.

8. Collecting Children’s Information
Unless otherwise stated, the Service is intended for adults, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 13 (which may vary depending on where you live). If you identify yourself as a minor, or if we reasonably suspect that you are a minor, we will cease using your personal information, delete that data, and disable the acquisition of advertising IDs by the module provided by Google LLC and data sharing on the module’s server. We comply with relevant child data protection laws (where applicable), such as the US COPPA, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code (Children’s Code).
